We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but product availability cannot always be guaranteed. Shifa Hassan reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice. We may also cancel orders in part or in full due to unavailability.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: Orders are delivered within 7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery time is approximately 15 business days.
    Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Typographical Errors

In the event of an incorrect price or inaccurate product description due to typographical error or system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders, even if they have been confirmed or charged. Any such payment will be refunded in full.

6. Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes. These charges are not included in your total at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Shifa Hassan holds no responsibility for these additional charges.

7. Payment Processing & Confirmation

Orders placed via credit/debit card will only be processed once full payment confirmation is received from the issuing bank. This may take up to 14–16 business days. Shipping will begin after confirmation.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data such as your name, address, email, and payment details are collected solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, unless required by law.
